We are arranging hotel rooms for a group from ENT for the EN World Conference at Disney World this summer. The hotel stay will be from Tuesday night, July 30 through Friday night, August 2nd, with four people per room, two in each bed.
Our aim is for the group to be staying at the Swan and Dolphin Resort where the conference itself will be held. This will add much for convenience factor, and would enable the fullest participation in the conference, as this is where almost all of the other conference attendees are staying. However, staying there will be contingent upon rooms there still being available when we go to reserve our group block. If rooms at the Dolphin are unavailable by the time we have identified those going with our group and the funds for the hotel stay collected, then we will go with the next best option.
NOTE: This registration form is only for our the group block of hotel rooms with ENT, not for the conference itself, food during the conference, or transportation to the conference. To participate in the conference you would also need to register for the conference: www.en2013.us.
For those trying to participate in this world-class experience on economical spending-plan, we suggest bringing an ice chest and having basic breakfast and lunch food in your room and then driving off the Disney property for dinner each night. Be advised that food purchased at the resort and on Disney property is quite pricey, but a little bit of planning and preparation ahead of time could keep your food budget during the conference quite reasonable.
